CARING FOR YOUR PURCHASE
If you purchase an unframed piece, please do have it framed at your earliest convenience. Framing will protect your piece under glass is the only way to protect the image and surface. This is particularly so for the color paintings. I paint with Gouache which is a water base paint. It is easily damaged - a drop from a sneeze will ruin your purchase, a finger nail dragged across the paint surface will leave a shiny trail. Frame your art as quickly as possible.
When displaying your art, please do not hang in direct sunlight as that will, over time, cause the paint and paper to color shift.

SHIPPING
Most pieces ship via the post office using priority mail service. Larger pieces may ship via UPS.
I try to ship work within a few days of purchase. If on rare occasions I am unable to do so I will contact you via the email you used to place your order and let you know there maybe a few days delay.

GUARANTEE
If you are not 100% pleased with your purchase, you may return it, undamaged, for a full refund of your purchase price (less the original shipping). Please call me, Melanie, to make arrangements.

You may not reproduce or distribute any image or partial image of your purchase without prior written consent from Melanie Eberhardt. This simply means, for example, that you may not take a photo of your purchased painting and print note cards. It does not matter if you are giving the reproductions away or selling them, the right of duplication resides soley with Melanie Eberhardt.
